Nitriding is a technique for absorbing nitrogen onto surface of steel, processing the surface at a 950℉ and a high pressure for 12 hours. This is advanced technology mainly used for precious aircraft, ships, and automotive parts.

Care Instruction

Please wash the pan before it completely cools down. Pour some hot water to soak the residue for a while, and wipe it off with a soft sponge without detergent.
Please remove the water immediately after washing. Please keep the pan off from water and moisture to prevent from rust.
If some silver iron materials fall out from pan, that means the coating is worn out. In this case you can season the pan same with others and use normally.
